What You Will Learn:

  • Session 1: Harvesting and Eating Bowl Creation - Learn the correct method to harvest flax, ensuring plant health and sustainability, and craft a traditional eating bowl.
  • Session 2: Weaving Placemats - Gain skills to create your own beautiful placemats, perfect for adding a touch of tradition to your dining table.
  • Session 3: Bracelets and Serviette Holders - Create your own stylish bracelets and functional serviette holders.
  • Session 4: Bag Weaving - Weave your own bag that combines practicality with traditional aesthetics.
  • Session 5: Basket Weaving - Learn to weave a basket, enhancing your weaving techniques and completing your set of creations.

 

Course Details:

  • Duration: Five sessions from August 1st to August 29th, each session running from 7 PM to 9 PM.
  • Flexibility: Attend all five sessions for a comprehensive learning experience or book individual sessions to suit your schedule.
  • Experience Level: Ideal for ages 18 to 100, no prior experience required.
  • Materials: All materials are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for each project.
